History of Annabelle

This Tudor Sedan, engine number 2290986, stands as a remarkably authentic survivor of its era. Produced during the highly successful 1929 model year, it retains its original matching engine and frame numbers—an important testament to its originality. Still wearing its factory paint, the car appears to have spent most of its life close to where it was first assembled. Discovered in Saline, Michigan, it showed just over 32,000 miles on the odometer. Accompanied by a 1975 title and supported by several period artifacts uncovered during restoration, this Tudor Sedan is believed to be a genuine, well-preserved survivor—carefully restored with the intention of driving and showcasing both what she looked like when new and what she proudly represents almost 100 years later.

Driven by passion

We had always believed that some things in life were meant to be built, not bought. That belief took root years earlier, on a quiet afternoon when my father and I stood side by side in tiny suburban garage, staring at what most people would have called a lost cause—a weathered, rust-covered Ford Model A that hadn’t seen the road in decades.

To us, it wasn’t scrap. It was a beginning.

Over the next 10 years, was not just a restoration, but a journey measured in late nights, scraped knuckles, and hard-earned lessons. My father and I poured everything they had into the car—time, patience, and more than a little stubbornness.

We began sharing the Model A with others—taking friends, neighbors, and even strangers for rides. We told the story behind every bolt and panel, not to impress, but to inspire. We wanted people to feel what we had felt: the simple, powerful joy of creating something meaningful and experiencing it together.
